ARTICLE VII
CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS:
- PURPOSE: The Constitution shall be modified through amendments. These amendments shall become a permanent part of the Constitution upon adoption and may modify, revoke, or add to existing articles or previous amendments.
- ADOPTION: Amendments may be proposed by any voting member by presenting the proposed wording in writing to the presiding officer at a scheduled general meeting. The amendment shall be promulgated in a newsletter and be acted upon in the following scheduled general meeting. Amendments are adopted by a two-thirds vote of those members present and voting.
